We retain account-related personal data—such as account-holder and authorized-user names, work email addresses, company details, user identifiers, billing contacts, subscription information, account settings, and account-administration records—while the Account remains open to provide, secure, administer, and permit reactivation of the Account.
• Closed Accounts: When an Account is closed, ordinary account-related personal data is deleted or anonymized within ninety (90) days.
• API requests and logs: Minimized API and MCP request inputs and application and security logs are deleted within ninety (90) days. API response content is not stored; only status or outcome information is retained in the applicable logs.
• Support messages: Support messages containing personal data are deleted within ninety (90) days after the support interaction is closed.
• Backups: Personal data in backups may remain for up to twelve (12) months before being overwritten in the ordinary backup cycle. During that period, it remains protected and isolated from ordinary use.
• Required records: Limited billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and agreement-enforcement records may be retained for the period required or permitted by applicable law. We restrict such records to those purposes and delete or anonymize them when the applicable period expires.
