Through our data enrichment Services, we may process and share business contact information, including but not limited to:

• Professional social media profiles (e.g. LinkedIn)
• Work history and professional background

This information is sourced from publicly available data and third-party providers, and is used by our Customers for legitimate business purposes such as lead generation, market research, and sales outreach.

2. Your Right to Opt Out

You have the right to request that we:

• Stop selling or sharing your personal information with third parties
• Remove your information from our database
• Restrict processing of your personal data for certain purposes

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

3. How to Opt Out

You do not need to create an account to opt out. Choose the method that matches the information you want us to stop selling or sharing.

You may also send a written request to the postal address below. We use information supplied with an opt-out request only to identify the relevant record, process the request, prevent the record from being re-added where applicable, and maintain legally required records.

4. Request Processing

We do not require identity verification for a request to opt out of sale or sharing. We may ask for basic information reasonably necessary to identify which record or browser the request concerns. We will process an opt-out request as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 15 business days after receiving it.

Access, correction, and deletion requests are different. Where required to protect personal information, we may verify those requests using information appropriate to the nature of the request and respond within the period required by applicable law.

5. Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we may require:

• A signed written authorization from you
• Verification of both your identity and the agent's identity

6. Global Privacy Control

CompanyEnrich recognizes a browser-enabled Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser. When the signal is detected, CompanyEnrich records the browser opt-out before optional marketing tags can load. Keep GPC enabled on each browser or device where you want the signal applied.

We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. Any updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
