Why do teams choose CompanyEnrich over Explorium?
Four things we do differently.
Company and people data, one key
Explorium splits its data into businesses and prospects. We keep it simple: one key and one credit pool for the Company Enrichment API, Company Search, People Search, and Reverse Email Lookup. Work emails, phones, and headcount, jobs, funding, and ad signals come from the same key.
"Data is accurate and the API is fast."
Live B2B data for your AI agents
Using Explorium to feed your agents? The CompanyEnrich MCP Server works in Claude, Cursor, VS Code, and any MCP client, with company enrichment, search, lookalikes, people search, and email lookup as tools. And it's quick: 250 ms median per enrichment in an independent benchmark, vs 616 ms for Explorium. Your agent gets a clean profile right away instead of burning tokens browsing pages.
"Semantic search helps a lot, best option tried in the industry."
More complete company profiles
We clean 900M+ raw records down to 33M+ companies and 204M+ profiles, and add about 8,000 new companies a day. In an independent benchmark of 11 enrichment APIs, we returned the most complete profiles: 95.5% field coverage, vs 76.0% for Explorium. We also matched more of the test companies, 98.9% vs 95.0%.
"Was able to find companies no other data provider was able to find."
Lower cost per company
In the same benchmark, enriching all 282 companies cost $2.76 with us and $22.00 with Explorium. Plans start at $49 a month for 5,000 credits, and Pro is $149 for 50,000. Unused credits roll over on Pro and Scale, and you can top up anytime. No seats, no annual contract.
"Pricing is very fair."

What doesn't CompanyEnrich cover?
We don't do everything. Here's what Explorium offers that we don't, so you can plan around it.
Event alerts and webhooks
Explorium can push events like new funding or job changes to a webhook. We don't have an event feed. You can get most of it with searches on a schedule: start-date filters for job changes, the workforce growth filter for growing teams, and funding and job posting data for new rounds and hiring.
Bombora intent data
We don't sell third-party intent data. If intent drives your account scoring, pair us with an intent provider.
10-K research and web activity
Explorium has 10-K research, website traffic, website changes, employee ratings, LinkedIn posts, and company hierarchies. We don't cover these.
If your day-to-day is enriching companies and people, searching for accounts and contacts, finding lookalikes, or feeding AI agents, CompanyEnrich is the more focused pick.
