Best Coresignal Alternatives in 2026: 6 APIs Tested for Every Use Case
Coresignal alternatives tested in two benchmarks. Where CompanyEnrich, Crustdata, PDL, Apollo, FullEnrich, and Prospeo beat Coresignal on coverage and cost.
Summarize this blog post with
Coresignal has been selling public web data since 2016: company, employee, and job posting records, delivered as datasets and through APIs, to investment firms, HR tech platforms, sales tools, and market researchers. It counts more than 1,000 organizations as customers by its own figures. Even so, a steady stream of those buyers ends up looking for Coresignal alternatives.
The trigger is usually arithmetic. A company or employee record costs 10 to 20 credits, so a plan that looks cheap per credit turns expensive per usable result: in our people search benchmark, Coresignal came out second most expensive of seven providers for each correct profile it returned. Behind the price sit two coverage questions, since it found a decision-maker at fewer companies than four of the six alternatives and returned a company profile for about half of the tested domains, and one data-shape question that its own reviewers raise: raw records that need cleaning before they are useful. Which alternative fits depends on which of those you are trying to fix, and on whether you buy Coresignal for its datasets or for its APIs.
The comparison below draws on two public benchmarks that ran Coresignal and six alternatives through identical tests, on Coresignal's published pricing and documentation, and on its customer reviews on Datarade. It covers:
- What Coresignal is genuinely good at
- Where Coresignal falls short
- How six alternatives compare to Coresignal
Which Coresignal Alternative Fits Your Use Case?
Short answer: For company enrichment, CompanyEnrich returned a profile for the most domains and the fullest profiles of six providers, where Coresignal placed fifth. For finding decision-makers, CompanyEnrich and Crustdata each resolved about 88% of companies against Coresignal's 77.7%, and for doing that on a budget, CompanyEnrich and Prospeo cost a fraction of Coresignal per correct profile. Crustdata and People Data Labs are the other dataset vendors, and between them they cover jobs data, employee data, and investment research. FullEnrich is the pick for emails and phones, and Apollo for a sales team that wants an app.
| If you use Coresignal for... | Best alternative | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Company enrichment by domain | CompanyEnrich | 67.6% find rate and 17.9 of 27 fields, against 50.4% and 14.2 for Coresignal |
| Finding decision-makers at target accounts | CompanyEnrich or Crustdata | Both resolved about 88% of companies; Coresignal resolved 77.7% |
| People search on a budget | CompanyEnrich or Prospeo | $0.0027 and $0.0091 per correct profile, against $0.1475 for Coresignal |
| Bulk datasets | Crustdata or People Data Labs | The two other providers on this list that deliver data in bulk |
| Jobs, hiring signals, and employee data | Crustdata or People Data Labs | Both sell people datasets; Crustdata adds a Jobs API and Watcher alerts |
| Investment research | Crustdata or People Data Labs | Crustdata for revenue and Crunchbase coverage, PDL for corporate relations |
| Work emails and mobile numbers | FullEnrich | A contact-data waterfall that bills only for found data |
| A sales team that wants an app | Apollo | Prospecting, sequences, and CRM sync around the data |
Bottom line: Coresignal's datasets and jobs data are a fair deal. Its live people search and company enrichment are where the same money buys more elsewhere, and that is where most switches happen.
Watch: Coresignal Review and Alternatives
We covered the same ground on video, walking through four of the providers below: CompanyEnrich, People Data Labs, Crustdata, and Apollo.
How We Tested These Coresignal Alternatives
Coresignal and each alternative faced identical inputs and identical scoring in two benchmarks, so the numbers in this guide are measurements, not vendor claims. Packaging, pricing, and workflow details come from each provider's public pricing and documentation pages. For the reviewer's view of Coresignal, we used its Datarade profile, since Coresignal has no product listing on G2.
- Company enrichment benchmark, May 2026: six enrichment APIs received the same 349 DNS-resolved domains, drawn at random from the Majestic Million, and we logged whether each one returned a profile and how many of 27 standard fields it populated. That gives a coverage and completeness score; it does not verify that every returned value is correct.
- People search benchmark, August 31, 2026: seven APIs were asked for the current CEO or founder at the same 502 active YC companies, and each returned profile was checked against HarvestAPI and labeled correct, stale, wrong, or unresolved. That scores whether a provider returns the right person as of today.
- Pricing: taken from each provider's public pricing page in September 2026, with benchmark costs modeled on roughly comparable $500 tiers.
Two limits apply throughout. The people search cohort is recently funded startups and a single title, and Coresignal's credit usage in the cost model was estimated at 10 collect credits per collected person rather than read from its responses. Rerun the tests on your own accounts before acting on any figure here.
What Is Coresignal, and What Is It Good At?
Coresignal collects publicly available web data about companies, professionals, and job postings and sells it two ways: as datasets you load into your own systems, and through APIs that search or enrich against the same data. Its current product set spans company, employee, and jobs endpoints, multi-source records that merge several inputs, a Contact Enrichment API, an Agentic Search API, an MCP server, Elasticsearch DSL queries, webhooks, and integrations with Clay and Zapier. It claims 4.5 billion records across companies, employees, and jobs, and it is a founding member of the Ethical Web Data Collection Initiative.

Four things about Coresignal hold up under testing, and any honest comparison starts with them.
Datasets You Can Price Without a Sales Call
Coresignal publishes its plans, from $49 per month for 2,500 credits up to $5,000 per month for 10 million, and opens with a 7-day trial. Among dataset vendors that is unusual: Crustdata and People Data Labs both route bulk buyers through sales. If your data team wants to budget a warehouse load before talking to anyone, Coresignal is the only dataset provider in this comparison that lets you.
Jobs Data at One Credit per Posting
Job postings cost 1 credit each, against 10 to 20 for a company or employee record. For hiring signals, labor market research, or tracking who is expanding a team, that pricing makes Coresignal the cheapest way in this group to pull job data at scale.
Fields the Other Dataset Vendors Leave Empty
In our company enrichment benchmark, Coresignal returned technologies for 29.8% of domains and a company phone for 21.8%. Crustdata and People Data Labs, the other two dataset vendors here, returned neither field for a single domain. Coresignal's matched profiles were also relatively full at 14.2 of 27 fields, third of six providers.
Tooling Built for Data Teams
Elasticsearch DSL for precise queries, webhooks for change notifications, an Agentic Search API for natural-language requests, and an MCP server for AI clients. Reviewers on Datarade give Coresignal 4.8 out of 5 across 12 reviews, and the praise clusters around data quality, volume, and a responsive team.
Where Does Coresignal Fall Short?
Four weaknesses showed up, two in the benchmarks and two in what reviewers and the price list say.
Cost per Usable Result
Coresignal's per-credit price is one of the lower ones in this comparison, $0.014 at the tier we modeled. The problem is how many credits a result consumes. At 10 to 20 credits per person or company record, its modeled cost came to $0.1475 per correct profile in the people search benchmark, second most expensive of seven providers. Only People Data Labs cost more, and five providers cost less than a fifth as much.

On a 10,000-company list, the difference between Coresignal and the cheapest provider tested is roughly $2,500.
People Search Coverage
Coresignal returned a correct profile for 390 of 502 companies, or 77.7%, fifth of seven providers. For 105 companies it returned no candidate at all, and it contributed just one correct profile that no other provider found. Its results were clean, with five stale and no unresolved profiles, but clean results at 77.7% still leave more than one account in five without a contact.

Company Enrichment Coverage and Missing Fields
Coresignal returned a company profile for 176 of 349 domains, or 50.4%, fifth of six providers and 17 points behind the leader. Revenue and corporate relations came back for no domain at all, Crunchbase URLs for 4.0%, and the social profile category averaged 13.7%, the lowest in the test. For firmographic enrichment that needs revenue or parent-company data, Coresignal is not the source.
Raw Data That Needs Work
Coresignal sells data close to the form it was collected in, and its reviewers say so. On Datarade, one customer writes, "We have to make a lot of pre-processing to normalize it," another asks for more cleaning of the raw data, and a third describes a period when record volume dropped sharply before recovering. Documentation of how records are transformed also drew criticism. None of this is unusual for a dataset vendor, but it is a real cost that an API returning normalized records does not carry.
Best Coresignal Alternatives in 2026
Six providers, ordered by how much of Coresignal each can take over. CompanyEnrich replaces the API side, enrichment, search, people, and jobs, at a lower cost per result. Crustdata is the nearest match for the whole bundle, datasets included, and People Data Labs is the other dataset vendor. Apollo, FullEnrich, and Prospeo each replace one slice. For every provider you get its strengths against Coresignal, its weaknesses, the Coresignal endpoints it can stand in for, and both sets of benchmark numbers side by side.
1. CompanyEnrich: Best Overall Coresignal Replacement for Live Enrichment and People Search

CompanyEnrich is the API half of Coresignal done at a different price point: company enrichment, company search, people search and enrichment, a jobs API, and contact finding, all from one credit pool where a company record costs 1 credit rather than 10 to 20. It covered 17 points more of the test domains than Coresignal, resolved 52 more companies in people search, and did it for about a fiftieth of the cost per correct profile.
What CompanyEnrich is good for
- Company enrichment by domain: a 67.6% find rate and 17.9 of 27 fields per profile, against 50.4% and 14.2 for Coresignal, the best of six providers on both.
- Fields where Coresignal was thin: technologies at 60.2% against 29.8%, company phone at 53.9% against 21.8%, location at 61.6% against 44.7%, and social profiles at 34.5% against 13.7%.
- Finding decision-makers: a correct profile for 88.0% of companies, the highest of seven, against Coresignal's 77.7%.
- Cost per correct profile: $0.0027 against $0.1475, the lowest of seven providers.
- Discovery: semantic company search in plain English, a Similar Companies API for lookalikes, and a free Preview API, alongside a first-party MCP server.
Where CompanyEnrich may fail
- Datasets: CompanyEnrich is API-only. There is no bulk file delivery, which is the core of what many Coresignal customers buy.
- Stale and wrong results: 27 stale and 49 wrong profiles against Coresignal's 5 and 31. Coresignal's smaller result set was the cleaner one.
- Revenue and Crunchbase URLs: 37.0% and 7.4%, ahead of Coresignal's 0.0% and 4.0%, but well behind the providers that lead those fields.
Which Coresignal endpoints CompanyEnrich can replace
- The Company API and company search, with higher find rates and fuller profiles.
- The Employee API and people search, with more companies resolved at a far lower cost per correct profile.
- The Jobs API, through CompanyEnrich's own Jobs API, and contact enrichment through Find Email and Find Mobile.
CompanyEnrich vs Coresignal: benchmark results
CompanyEnrich led both benchmarks outright: a 67.6% find rate with 17.9 of 27 fields on company enrichment, and a correct profile for 88.0% of companies at $0.0027 each on people search. Coresignal posted 50.4% and 14.2 on enrichment, and 77.7% at $0.1475 on people search. In the table, Coresignal's only lead is stale profiles.
| Metric | CompanyEnrich | Coresignal |
|---|---|---|
| Company enrichment find rate | 67.6% | 50.4% |
| Avg fields per returned profile | 17.9 / 27 | 14.2 / 27 |
| Companies with a correct profile | 88.0% | 77.7% |
| Correct profiles found | 809 | 676 |
| Stale profiles | 27 | 5 |
| Cost per correct profile | $0.0027 | $0.1475 |
CompanyEnrich pricing
A free trial with 500 credits, then $49 per month for 5,000 credits, $149 for 50,000, and $549 for 500,000, or $0.0011 per credit at the top tier. A company enrichment costs 1 credit and a people search profile 2, against Coresignal's 10 to 20 per record.
CompanyEnrich is best for
Teams that use Coresignal's APIs rather than its datasets, for CRM and signup enrichment, lead routing, account scoring, or people search at volume, and builders who need B2B data inside AI agents. The full head-to-head is at Coresignal vs CompanyEnrich.
2. Crustdata: Closest Match for Datasets, Jobs Data, and People Search

Crustdata sells the same bundle as Coresignal, company and people data as APIs and as monthly datasets, plus jobs data, and adds a Watcher API that pushes webhook alerts on company and people changes. In the people search benchmark it beat Coresignal by ten points of company coverage, found 149 more correct profiles, and did it at a fifteenth of the cost per correct profile.
What Crustdata is good for
- People search: a correct profile for 87.8% of companies and 825 correct profiles in total, the most of seven providers, against 77.7% and 676 for Coresignal, with zero stale results.
- Cost per correct profile: $0.0098 against Coresignal's $0.1475.
- Fields Coresignal returned for nobody: revenue at 45.6%, tied for the lead, and Crunchbase URLs at 35.2%, second of six.
- Change alerts: the Watcher API, which no other provider on this list matches, alongside Jobs and Posts APIs.
- Datasets: company and people datasets as flat files, refreshed monthly.
Where Crustdata may fail
- Company enrichment: a 50.1% find rate and 13.0 of 27 fields, marginally behind Coresignal's 50.4% and 14.2, with technologies and company phone empty for every domain where Coresignal returned them for 29.8% and 21.8%.
- No published prices: buying starts with a demo, where Coresignal lists every tier.
- Wrong results: 40 against Coresignal's 31.
Which Coresignal endpoints Crustdata can replace
- The company and employee datasets, on a monthly refresh.
- The Employee API and people search, with better coverage and lower cost.
- The Jobs API, with Watcher alerts on top for hiring changes.
Crustdata vs Coresignal: benchmark results
Crustdata and Coresignal were nearly level on company enrichment, 50.1% against 50.4% on find rate, with Coresignal returning slightly fuller profiles. People search separates them: Crustdata resolved 87.8% of companies to Coresignal's 77.7% and found 825 correct profiles to 676, at $0.0098 against $0.1475 per correct profile. Crustdata takes every people search row in the table; Coresignal edges the two enrichment rows.
| Metric | Crustdata | Coresignal |
|---|---|---|
| Company enrichment find rate | 50.1% | 50.4% |
| Avg fields per returned profile | 13.0 / 27 | 14.2 / 27 |
| Companies with a correct profile | 87.8% | 77.7% |
| Correct profiles found | 825 | 676 |
| Stale profiles | 0 | 5 |
| Cost per correct profile | $0.0098 | $0.1475 |
Crustdata pricing
Credit-based API plans, monthly or annual, priced on request. Datasets are quoted separately. Our benchmark snapshot used $0.30 per credit.
Crustdata is best for
Teams that buy Coresignal for people data or datasets and want fresher, broader people search with signal alerts, and can live without a public price list. See Crustdata vs CompanyEnrich and our guide to the best Crustdata alternatives.
3. People Data Labs: Best for Bulk Licenses, Corporate Relations, and LinkedIn Coverage

People Data Labs (PDL) has sold person and company data since 2015, through APIs and bulk data license feeds, mostly to engineering and data teams. Against Coresignal it wins on company enrichment coverage and on the fields that describe corporate structure, and it loses badly on cost, since it was the one provider in the benchmark more expensive per correct profile than Coresignal.
What People Data Labs is good for
- Bulk data licenses: on-premise and flat-file delivery of large person and company datasets, the same buying motion as Coresignal's datasets.
- Company enrichment coverage: a 60.2% find rate against Coresignal's 50.4%.
- Corporate structure fields: corporate relations at 10.6% and Crunchbase URLs at 38.1%, against 0.0% and 4.0% for Coresignal, plus the lead on LinkedIn URLs, employee count, and company type.
- Unique finds: 8 correct profiles no other provider returned, against Coresignal's 1.
Where People Data Labs may fail
- Cost per correct profile: $0.3614, the highest of seven providers and about 2.5 times Coresignal's $0.1475.
- People search coverage: a correct profile for 74.5% of companies, below Coresignal's 77.7%, with the most unresolved candidates in the test at 25 where Coresignal had none.
- Technologies and company phone: 0.0% for both, where Coresignal returned them for 29.8% and 21.8% of domains.
- MCP: PDL does not ship its own MCP server; AI-agent access goes through third-party connectors.
Which Coresignal endpoints People Data Labs can replace
- The company and employee datasets, for teams that need bulk licenses.
- The Company API, when LinkedIn URLs, Crunchbase links, or corporate relations matter more than technologies and phone.
- The Employee API, at low volume only, given the price per record.
People Data Labs vs Coresignal: benchmark results
PDL beat Coresignal on company enrichment coverage, 60.2% against 50.4%, while Coresignal returned slightly fuller profiles, 14.2 fields to 13.7. On people search, Coresignal edged PDL on companies resolved, 77.7% against 74.5%, and cost less per correct profile, $0.1475 against $0.3614, while PDL found more correct profiles in total, 688 to 676. The table splits four rows to three.
| Metric | People Data Labs | Coresignal |
|---|---|---|
| Company enrichment find rate | 60.2% | 50.4% |
| Avg fields per returned profile | 13.7 / 27 | 14.2 / 27 |
| Companies with a correct profile | 74.5% | 77.7% |
| Correct profiles found | 688 | 676 |
| Unique finds | 8 | 1 |
| Cost per correct profile | $0.3614 | $0.1475 |
People Data Labs pricing
Person data from $98 per month for 350 credits and company data from $100 per month for 1,000 records, sold as separate subscriptions. The free tier gives 100 records a month with contact fields hidden. Bulk license feeds are on the Enterprise plan.
People Data Labs is best for
Data teams that need bulk licenses or corporate relationship data and can accept the highest per-record price in this comparison. See People Data Labs vs CompanyEnrich and our guide to the best People Data Labs alternatives.
4. Apollo: Best for Sales Teams That Want an App

Apollo packages data inside a sales platform: prospecting, sequences, a dialer, and CRM sync, with an API attached. It is not a dataset vendor and does not try to be, but it beat Coresignal in both benchmarks and returned the most people that no other provider found, which makes it a strong fallback source as well as a tool.
What Apollo is good for
- Company enrichment: a 61.6% find rate and 15.4 of 27 fields, against Coresignal's 50.4% and 14.2, with the lead on technologies at 61.0% and funding signals at 10.6%.
- People search coverage: a correct profile for 83.1% of companies, against 77.7%, at $0.0173 per correct profile against $0.1475.
- Unique finds: 15 correct profiles no other provider returned, the most of seven, against Coresignal's 1.
- A working app: prospecting, sequences, dialer, and CRM sync, with a free plan and an official MCP server.
Where Apollo may fail
- Datasets and jobs data: no bulk delivery and no jobs endpoint comparable to Coresignal's.
- API packaging: API enrichment is included on paid plans, but broader API access sits on custom plans, and pricing is per seat for sales users rather than per call.
- Stale and wrong results: 7 stale and 43 wrong, against Coresignal's 5 and 31.
Which Coresignal endpoints Apollo can replace
- The Company API and Employee API, for sales teams that work inside an app.
- Employee search, as a backup source in a waterfall.
Apollo vs Coresignal: benchmark results
Apollo led Coresignal on every headline metric: 61.6% against 50.4% on enrichment find rate, 15.4 against 14.2 fields, 83.1% against 77.7% of companies resolved, and $0.0173 against $0.1475 per correct profile. Coresignal's only lead in the table is a smaller stale count.
| Metric | Apollo | Coresignal |
|---|---|---|
| Company enrichment find rate | 61.6% | 50.4% |
| Avg fields per returned profile | 15.4 / 27 | 14.2 / 27 |
| Companies with a correct profile | 83.1% | 77.7% |
| Correct profiles found | 717 | 676 |
| Stale profiles | 7 | 5 |
| Cost per correct profile | $0.0173 | $0.1475 |
Apollo pricing
A free plan, then $49 per seat per month billed annually for Basic with 30,000 credits per seat per year, $79 for Professional, and $119 for Organization with a three-seat minimum.
Apollo is best for
SDR and AE teams that want data and outreach in one product, and data teams that need a fallback source with strong company enrichment.
5. FullEnrich: Best for Emails and Mobile Numbers

FullEnrich is a contact-data waterfall rather than a database. Send it a person and it queries a chain of providers until a verified email or phone number comes back, billing only when one does. It competes with Coresignal's Contact Enrichment API, which costs 20 credits per lookup, and it held its own on people search too.
What FullEnrich is good for
- Emails and mobile numbers: 25+ sources per lookup by FullEnrich's own account, and no charge when nothing is found.
- People search coverage: a correct profile for 81.9% of companies and 794 correct profiles, against Coresignal's 77.7% and 676, at $0.0135 per correct profile against $0.1475.
- Deeper coverage per company: almost two correct people for each company it found, the highest ratio of the seven providers.
- Self-serve: 50 free credits, a published price list, and credits that carry over for three months on monthly plans.
Where FullEnrich may fail
- Wrong results: 57 against Coresignal's 31, the second-highest count of seven providers.
- No datasets, jobs data, or company search: company data comes bundled with contact enrichment, and FullEnrich was not part of the company enrichment benchmark.
Which Coresignal endpoints FullEnrich can replace
- The Contact Enrichment API, at 1 credit per work email instead of 20 credits per lookup.
- Employee search, for building prospect lists.
FullEnrich vs Coresignal: benchmark results
On people search, FullEnrich resolved 81.9% of companies to Coresignal's 77.7% and found 794 correct profiles to 676, at $0.0135 per correct profile against $0.1475. FullEnrich did not take part in the company enrichment benchmark, so the table covers people search only, and Coresignal's only lead is a smaller stale count.
| Metric | FullEnrich | Coresignal |
|---|---|---|
| Companies with a correct profile | 81.9% | 77.7% |
| Correct profiles found | 794 | 676 |
| Stale profiles | 7 | 5 |
| Company enrichment find rate | Not tested | 50.4% |
| Cost per correct profile | $0.0135 | $0.1475 |
FullEnrich pricing
50 free credits, then $55 per month for 1,000 credits. A work email is 1 credit, a personal email 3, a mobile number 10.
FullEnrich is best for
Outbound teams and agencies whose main need is reachable contacts rather than datasets or firmographics.
6. Prospeo: Best Budget Option for Contact Lookups

Prospeo is the cheapest source of verified emails in this comparison, with a free plan and public prices, and it returned the second-most people that no other provider found. Its accuracy was the weakest of the seven, so it works as a backup source behind a stronger first one, not as a replacement for Coresignal on its own.
What Prospeo is good for
- Cost per correct profile: $0.0091, the second-lowest of seven providers and a sixteenth of Coresignal's $0.1475.
- Unique finds: 11 correct profiles no other provider returned, against Coresignal's 1.
- Self-serve: a free plan with 100 credits a month and published prices, with 1 credit per verified email and data Prospeo says it refreshes weekly.
Where Prospeo may fail
- Stale and wrong people: 31 stale and 65 wrong profiles, the highest counts of seven providers, against 5 and 31 for Coresignal.
- People search coverage: a correct profile for 73.1% of companies, the lowest of seven, against Coresignal's 77.7%.
- No datasets or jobs data.
Which Coresignal endpoints Prospeo can replace
- The Contact Enrichment API, for email lookups on a budget.
- Employee search, as a secondary source.
Prospeo vs Coresignal: benchmark results
Prospeo resolved 73.1% of companies to Coresignal's 77.7% and found 642 correct profiles to 676, but at $0.0091 per correct profile against $0.1475, and with 11 unique finds to 1. Prospeo was not in the company enrichment benchmark, so the table covers people search only: Coresignal leads coverage and accuracy, Prospeo leads cost and unique finds.
| Metric | Prospeo | Coresignal |
|---|---|---|
| Companies with a correct profile | 73.1% | 77.7% |
| Correct profiles found | 642 | 676 |
| Stale profiles | 31 | 5 |
| Unique finds | 11 | 1 |
| Company enrichment find rate | Not tested | 50.4% |
| Cost per correct profile | $0.0091 | $0.1475 |
Prospeo pricing
A free plan with 100 credits a month, then per-user plans at $49 per month for 2,000 credits, $99 for 5,000, and $249 for 15,000, with 25% off annual billing. Mobile numbers cost 10 credits.
Prospeo is best for
Founders and small outbound teams on a budget, and anyone adding a cheap fallback behind a stronger first source.
Why Clearbit, Clay, and Proxycurl Are Not on This List
Three other names surface in any search for Coresignal alternatives. Here is why none of them made the cut, with a fact you can check for each.
- Clearbit is now part of HubSpot. Since the acquisition in late 2023 it has been sold only as Breeze Intelligence inside HubSpot, new standalone subscriptions are closed, and its free tools were retired on April 30, 2025.
- Clay is an orchestration platform, not a data source. It connects to many providers, several of them on this list, so it is where you would run a Coresignal replacement rather than the replacement itself.
- Proxycurl is gone. LinkedIn sued it in January 2025 and it announced its closure on July 4, 2025. Former Proxycurl users evaluating Coresignal should read the people search results here as the relevant comparison.
How Do the Coresignal Alternatives Compare Side by Side?
Each section above measures one provider against Coresignal. The tables here hold all seven at once. In one sentence: CompanyEnrich led both benchmarks, Crustdata led people search freshness, and Coresignal landed mid-field on coverage and near the bottom on cost.
Company Enrichment Benchmark Results
Six APIs enriched the same 349 domains in May 2026. Find rate is the share of domains that returned a profile, average fields is profile depth, and the four field columns show how often each field came back populated across all 349 domains.
| Provider | Find rate | Avg fields | Technologies | Revenue | Crunchbase | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CompanyEnrich | 67.6% | 17.9 / 27 | 55.6% | 60.2% | 37.0% | 7.4% |
| Apollo | 61.6% | 15.4 / 27 | 56.7% | 61.0% | 36.1% | 0.0% |
| People Data Labs | 60.2% | 13.7 / 27 | 60.2% | 0.0% | 27.2% | 38.1% |
| Coresignal | 50.4% | 14.2 / 27 | 50.4% | 29.8% | 0.0% | 4.0% |
| Crustdata | 50.1% | 13.0 / 27 | 50.1% | 0.0% | 45.6% | 35.2% |
| FullEnrich | Not tested | |||||
| Prospeo | Not tested |
The three best values in each column are shaded, darkest first. A 0.0% means no tested domain returned that field from the provider.
Coresignal's row is mid-table: fifth on find rate, third on profile depth, third on technologies, and nothing on revenue. Its nearest neighbor is Crustdata, which trades Coresignal's technology and phone fields for revenue and Crunchbase coverage.
People Search Benchmark Results
Seven APIs searched for the current CEO or founder at 502 YC companies in August 2026. Companies resolved counts the companies where at least one correct profile came back; the remaining columns count profiles.

| FullEnrich | 411 (81.9%) | 794 | 7 | 57 | 3 |
| Coresignal | 390 (77.7%) | 676 | 5 | 31 | 1 |
| People Data Labs | 374 (74.5%) | 688 | 5 | 45 | 8 |
| Prospeo | 367 (73.1%) | 642 | 31 | 65 | 11 |
The three best values in each column are shaded, darkest first. A stale profile is someone who had already left the role, so for stale and wrong, lower is better.
Coresignal returned the fewest candidates of any provider, 712, which explains both its low wrong count and its low correct count. It is the tidiest result set in the table and one of the smallest.
What Does It Cost to Find a Decision-Maker at 10,000 Companies?
Dividing each provider's modeled spend by the companies it resolved gives a cost per resolved company. At 10,000 companies, the spread runs from under $50 to over $6,000.
| Provider | Cost per company with a correct profile | Modeled spend for 10,000 companies |
|---|---|---|
| CompanyEnrich | $0.0049 | $49 |
| Prospeo | $0.0159 | $159 |
| Crustdata | $0.0183 | $183 |
| FullEnrich | $0.0261 | $261 |
| Apollo | $0.0297 | $297 |
| Coresignal | $0.2556 | $2,556 |
| People Data Labs | $0.6648 | $6,648 |
Coresignal's figure rests on an estimate of 10 collect credits per collected person, since its responses did not report usage. If your contract prices records differently, or you use multi-source records at 20 credits, the number moves, so recompute it with your own rates. Even at half the estimated credit use, Coresignal would remain more expensive per resolved company than every provider except People Data Labs.
What to do: Model your real query volume against each provider's credit rules, then compare cost per correct result. Per-credit prices are the least useful number on any of these pricing pages.

Coresignal and Crustdata are the only two rows with every box ticked, which is why they are each other's closest substitutes. Everything that separates them is in the benchmark tables above.
How to Choose and Combine Coresignal Alternatives
Before you sign anything:
- Separate the datasets from the APIs. If you buy Coresignal for bulk files, only Crustdata and People Data Labs replace that. If you buy it for API calls, every provider here does, and most do it for less.
- Work out your real cost per record. Coresignal's 10-to-20-credit records are the reason its per-credit price misleads. Multiply your monthly volume by credits per call for each provider before comparing plans.
- Test on your own accounts. Send 200 to 500 of your real domains and companies to each shortlisted provider and to Coresignal, and score the results the way the benchmarks do.
- Decide what a clean-but-missing result is worth. Coresignal returned fewer wrong profiles than most, and fewer profiles overall. If empty rows cost you less than wrong ones, weight that.
- Check the tier details. Credit rollover starts only at Coresignal's Premium tier; other providers differ on rollover, seats, and API access by plan.
Three combinations the benchmark supports:
Recipe 1: Move Live Calls, Keep the Datasets
Keep Coresignal for the datasets and jobs data it prices well, and move the live API calls to CompanyEnrich, which resolved 52 more companies in people search and covered 17 points more domains in enrichment at a fraction of the cost per result. This splits the bill along the line where Coresignal is competitive and where it is not.
Recipe 2: Two Sources for Decision-Makers
Run people search through CompanyEnrich or Crustdata first, since both resolved about 88% of companies. Send the misses to Apollo, whose 15 unique finds were the most in the test. Coresignal's single unique find means it adds almost nothing as a backup behind either of those first sources.
Recipe 3: A Dataset Base With Signals on Top
Load a Crustdata or People Data Labs dataset as the warehouse base layer, then use Crustdata's Watcher API for change alerts and CompanyEnrich's Company Enrichment API for the live records that need technologies, phone, or a full firmographic profile. Our CRM enrichment guide walks through the live half of that setup.
When Should You Stay With Coresignal?
Some teams should not switch. Coresignal is still the right choice when:
- You need datasets with a published price. No other dataset vendor in this comparison lets you budget without a sales conversation.
- Jobs data is the core purchase. At 1 credit per posting, nothing here is cheaper for hiring signals at scale.
- Your pipeline runs on Elasticsearch DSL and rewriting the queries would cost more than the savings.
- You value a small, clean result set over a larger one with more errors, and you have a fallback for the companies it misses.
If your Coresignal spend is mostly API calls for enrichment or people search, the numbers above say the same budget buys more coverage elsewhere.
Final Thoughts: Which Coresignal Alternative Should You Choose?
Split the decision the way Coresignal splits its product. For datasets, the honest answer is that Coresignal is competitive and the alternatives, Crustdata and People Data Labs, are trade-offs rather than upgrades. For live APIs, the benchmarks are one-sided: CompanyEnrich led enrichment and people search and cost a fiftieth as much per correct profile, Crustdata led people search freshness at a fifteenth of the cost, and Apollo beat Coresignal in both tests as well.
Run the replacement beside Coresignal on your own records before moving traffic. If it matches Coresignal's coverage for less per correct result, move the endpoint. If it beats Coresignal on coverage but misses records Coresignal found, put it first and keep Coresignal as the fallback. If nothing beats Coresignal on your data, stay, and retest at renewal.
If Coresignal's APIs are in your production path today, you can try CompanyEnrich free with 500 credits on the same records. For a broader view of the market, see our guide to the best company data APIs.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the best Coresignal alternatives in 2026?
CompanyEnrich, Crustdata, People Data Labs, Apollo, FullEnrich, and Prospeo each beat Coresignal on at least one job in our benchmarks. CompanyEnrich is the strongest replacement for Coresignal's APIs, Crustdata is the closest match for its full bundle including datasets and jobs data, and People Data Labs is the other bulk-license option. Pick by the use-case table at the top of this guide.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Coresignal?
Five of the six providers tested had a lower modeled cost per correct profile than Coresignal's $0.1475 in CompanyEnrich's August 2026 people search benchmark: CompanyEnrich at $0.0027, Prospeo at $0.0091, Crustdata at $0.0098, FullEnrich at $0.0135, and Apollo at $0.0173. Only People Data Labs cost more. Coresignal's per-credit price is low; its 10-to-20-credit records are what make it expensive.
Which Coresignal alternatives sell bulk datasets?
Crustdata and People Data Labs. Crustdata delivers company and people datasets as monthly flat files, and People Data Labs sells data license feeds on its Enterprise plan. Neither publishes dataset pricing, which Coresignal does. CompanyEnrich, Apollo, FullEnrich, and Prospeo are API or app products without bulk delivery.
Which Coresignal alternative is best for people search?
CompanyEnrich and Crustdata. CompanyEnrich returned a correct profile for 88.0% of 502 companies and Crustdata for 87.8%, against 77.7% for Coresignal. Crustdata found the most correct profiles overall with none stale, and CompanyEnrich had the lowest cost per correct profile. Coresignal's results were cleaner than most but covered fewer companies than either.
Which Coresignal alternative is best for company enrichment?
CompanyEnrich, with a 67.6% find rate and 17.9 of 27 fields per profile against Coresignal's 50.4% and 14.2. Apollo was second at 61.6%. Coresignal's enrichment strength is technologies and phone coverage relative to other dataset vendors; its weakness is revenue, Crunchbase, and corporate relations, where it returned little or nothing.
Does Coresignal offer a free trial?
Yes, a 7-day trial with 2,000 credits, after which plans start at $49 per month for 2,500 credits. CompanyEnrich offers a 500-credit trial, FullEnrich 50 credits, Apollo and Prospeo ongoing free plans, and People Data Labs 100 records a month with contact data hidden. Crustdata offers a demo rather than a trial.
Is there an alternative to Coresignal's Jobs API?
Crustdata and CompanyEnrich both offer a jobs API, and Crustdata adds Watcher alerts for hiring changes. Coresignal remains the cheapest of the three per posting at 1 credit each, and our benchmarks did not test jobs data, so compare coverage on your own target companies before switching that endpoint.
How do I migrate away from Coresignal?
List which Coresignal products you use, datasets or APIs, and which endpoints and fields your code depends on. Elasticsearch DSL queries and dataset schemas will need rewriting for any other provider, so budget for that. Then run the replacement beside Coresignal on the same records for a few weeks, comparing coverage, error rates, and cost per correct result, before moving production traffic.
